Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Food is OK, service is terrible. I've been in here probably 10 times. It is always empty yet I always wait for service. Tonight there were 3 people behind the counter when I walked in behind 2 other people. All 3 walked to the back. 1 eventually came up and took, made our food and checked us out. No idea where the other folks went. My burrito is what I except, not as good as Chipotle but still tasty. Love the queso though, I keep coming back for that. Service really makes it a bit sour..

This is a clean location and near work; Yay for that. The original crew they had was quite generous and super friendly. However, the last 2 times I went in there has been the same lady that has helped me - she is pretty stingy and not overly friendly. Today, sadly, my chicken was cold on my nachos. :( I called the store and the manager said she will do right by me and replace them next time I am in, but what a disappointment for today. Also, tried the brown rice today - not a fan.

This is a new Qdoba location. I went in today and I was very pleased. The restaurant was spotless and the staff was pleasant and quick. In the end my burrito split open as they were wrapping it and they did exactly the write thing, they got another warm tortilla and transfered my burrito contents to it and then wrapped it all up. I've had some burrito places put on another tortilla, making the burrito too thick and I have even had some burrito places just continue to roll up the burrito despite the tears leaving me a accident waiting to happen. Overall this is a great location, right in the corner of Hunter's Square near Marshall's and right next to PotBelly.

Whenever I stumble upon a closed Quizno's franchise--and, there are quite a few in metro Detroit--I can't help recall what a great product they've offered, first rate sandwiches ever since the sub shop's inception in Denver in 1981. How can a sandwich joint not succeed with such a great product? More than a thousand Quizno's have closed in the last five years. I'm getting the feeling the same fate awaits Qdoba Mexican Grill. This is my fifth visit. My naked vegetarian burrito rocked. An awesome blend of hot (rice & beans) and chilled (salsa & guacamole); sweet and savory. Maybe overpriced ($6.49), but if they had gotten all else right, it'd be a value. So what's wrong? Plenty. The menu is a foreign language, and I don't mean Spanish. The big menu behind the counter offers traditional Mexican fare in English: Quesadillas, Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, and so on. But, the add-ons are dizzying. I'm not easily intimidated and I needed to be guided. Today, my Qdoba helper spoke so fast, I did the best I could to keep up. I didn't get what I wanted, but what I got was deliciously satisfying. The same confusion happened during my very first visit to the new store on Telegraph in Bingham Farms. The counter clerk had gotten wrong what I had asked for, but it was all that all the same. I paid and looked for a booth. Two were occupied. The others were dirty. It was three in the afternoon. I am familiar with the corporate nature of cutting costs and managing labor. But, look where it really gets the cost cutters: a bad review on Yelp and lost customer forever. Just ask the corporate geeks at Quizno's in Denver.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I come here for lunch probably 4 days a week. I'm currently on a low carb eating plan and the taco salad is perfect for me (minus the taco shell, beans and ranch dressing). I've also had most everything on the menu. The food is very good and, with the new pricing, an excellent value. All of the meats are very tasty and I like the steamed tortilla. Contrary to the other reviews, the staff is efficient, very friendly and helpful. Very well managed too. I highly recommend this location as it is never too crowded.

Great spacious location. Staff was very friendly by grabbing fresh fajita veggies and steak. Very clean location and we even received a table visit to ensure everything was great. Unheard of! Great work Guys!

I'll generously give this place three stars because it is usually clean with plenty of seating space when I go in. The food is also decent. I enjoy the Mexican gumbo and chips and queso. What dinged them two stars? The service, or lack thereof. I don't think the ladies behind the counter could have been ruder if they tried. The one preparing our food looked downright annoyed that she had to help us. She even spoke over/interrupted me a couple times during the interaction. Part of the meal was not prepared the way I asked yet still edible. I worked many years in customer service for a company with very high expectations before becoming self employed. If I had treated customers the way I was treated I probably would have had my ass reamed, and rightly so. Bottom line: Your grub isn't bad, but get your other shit together, Qdoba. There are plenty of other restaurants out there I can choose from, and I will pick those with superior service every time.

Horrible. I got a chicken burrito. The meat beans and rice were all bland and basically flavorless. Hope this was a one time thing, I will go again in the near future hoping that they have improved.
